F1 cavapoo is the first generation dog of the cavapoo hybrid dog breed. It is a mix of Poodle and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. These dogs share an equal percentage of genetics from both parent breeds i.e., 50 percent Poodle and 50 percent Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Talking about an f1b cavapoo, these dogs are obtained by the backcross of an F1 cavapoo with a Poodle. They share 75 percent genetics from Poodle and only 25 percent genetics from Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. These dogs are bred to obtain low shedding hybrid breeds. They are also hypoallergenic compared to f1 cavapoo.

    The temperament of F1 and F1b cavapoo does not differ much. The F1 cavapoo shares the temperament of both parent breeds, while the f1b cavapoo tends more towards Poodles. Both are intelligent generations of cavapoo. They are highly energetic and can play throughout the day without getting tired. They need exercise on a regular basis to remain active and playful. If they do not get enough physical activity, it may affect both the mental and physical health of both these generations. Both have very sweet temperament and non-aggressive as well. They do not bark without reason and do not be a headache for anyone.

    The size of the cavapoo does not depend on the generations; it depends on the size of parent breeds involved inbreeding. The average height of an adult cavapoo is in the range of 12 to 14 inches. This height is not limited to any generation; the adult dogs of all generations fall in the same height range. Depending on the size of parent breeds, their size may exceed this height range as well. The average height of a toy cavapoo is up to 11 inches, whereas the average size of a mini cavapoo is up to 18 inches. (not guaranteed)

    The lifespan of hybrid dogs is usually longer than purebred dogs. These dogs may live 10 to 15 years. Their lifespan can be extended if their health is good. F1b cavapoo is considered the dog with the best health. The health of a miniature cavapoo is overall better than the health of a toy cavapoo. Small-sized dogs also considered living longer than large-sized dogs. Throughout their lifespan, these dogs serve their loyalty to people. Taking out time for them and playing with them improves their overall mental and physical health. Ultimately add more years to their life.

    The adoption of f1 and f1b cavapoo is dependent on your choice. If you need a dog with fewer allergies and low shedding, you can go for an f1b. Contrary, if you have minor allergies, you can buy an f1 cavapoo. F1b cavapoo is perfect to adopt if you have moderate to severe allergies. If you are a busy person, you can keep an f1 cavapoo because these dogs shed a bit and only require time for physical activity. Contrary to it, if you do not have a hectic schedule, you may adopt f1b cavapoo because these dogs require regular grooming.
