    Bordoodle Size

The size of a Bordoodle is medium. The size of the Poodle involved in crossbreeding affects the size of Bordoodle. The average length of a male Bordoodle is 15 inches to 20 inches in height from the shoulder and weighs around 45 pounds to 55 pounds. Talking about female Bordoodle, they stand 12 inches to 17 inches in size from the shoulder, whereas their weight lies 45 pounds to 55 pounds. These dogs are suitable picnic partners. They are easy to carry while traveling. Their size is compatible with homes and apartments. Offices are not a place for them.

    Bordoodle Adoption

The adoption of Bordoodle is recommended for people having kids. They show great companionship with children. They complement each other. Both children and Bordoodle need to be trained before playing together. Socialization and training are the two main things that make a dog obedient and mannerly. So, these should be considered as a must after adoption. Rescue centers are not the spot for Bordoodle adoption. So, visiting a specific rescue center for Border Collie or Poodle may help. Visiting a well-known breeder is the second most recommended spot for adoption. Pet shops and shelter homes are the least preferred.

    Bordoodle Lifespan

Bordoodle is a medium-sized dog that lives from 12 years to 15 years. These dogs are healthy canines, but still, some health conditions may overcome them. They may get inherited some genetic issues. A regular checkup with a vet is recommended to prevent these issues. While adopting, make sure your pet is healthy. Genetic health problems can reduce the lifespan of a dog. Socialization, exercise, diet, and living environment also affect the lifespan of Bordoodle. Accidents and mishaps can lead them to death before time. As a healthy canine, they die a natural death after completing their lifespan.
