    F1 Maltipoo Size

The size of an F1 Maltipoo is dependent on the size of parent breeds. These dogs are obtained as a result of crossbreeding a purebred Toy Poodle with a Maltese. So, the toy-sized Poodle produces a small-sized F1 Maltipoo. Their size varies from dog to dog. The average estimated height of an F1 Maltipoo is in the range of 10 inches to 12 inches and their estimated average weight is up to 10 pounds only. These canines can spend hours in the lap and can be carried anywhere easily. Their small size is feasible to carry for picnics and trips.

    F1 Maltipoo Lifespan

The life expectancy of an F1 Maltipoo is longer than the purebred parent dog breeds. A healthy F1 Maltipoo lives a minimum of up to 10 years and a maximum of up to 15 years. This life expectancy can be extended to 16 years or more if they are provided with a proper diet and exercise. They are overall healthy dogs and do not get ill easily but they may get some genetic disorders from their parent breeds. These disorders need to be managed by a professional vet. So, it is necessary to take your pet to a vet for regular checkups.

F1 Maltipoo adoption is recommended for families. Their non-aggressive and friendly nature is compatible with kids. Their small size needs supervision while playing with kids. These canines are a perfect fit for a family. They are compatible with small apartments and homes because of their small size. They are very good companions. For adoption, you can contact a well-known breeder and a pet shop. They are available at rescue stations and shelter homes as well for adoption.
