F4 Labradoodle is a multigeneration Labradoodle dog breed. They are obtained by breeding two multigeneration Labradoodle dogs i.e. F3 generation dog with another F3 generation dog. They are bred intentionally to obtain a dog with low or no shedding. They are also allergy-friendly and can be adapted by people who have moderate to severe allergies. F4 Multigeneration Labradoodles are low shedders and require regular grooming. You have to spend your time and money on them. They are of different sizes depending upon the size of their parent breeds.

    The temperament of an F4 Multigen Labradoodle is like both Poodles and Labrador Retriever. They are friendly and calm like Poodles and their loyalty is trustworthy. They are not aggressive and can be left alone with kids. They have an affectionate and gentle nature. These dogs have a big personality. They are intelligent, clever, and smart. They learn things real quick. You can adapt them as a good family companion. They always enjoy their time with kids. They are also called mood changers and eager to change their owner’s bad mood. They are highly energetic and spiritual dogs and it is hard to find them sitting at a place for hours.

    F4 Labradoodle Size

    The size of an F4 multigeneration Labradoodle is dependent on the parent breeds. They can be standard-sized, medium-sized, small-sized dogs. If they are standard-sized designer dogs, they may stand from 22 inches to 24 inches in height from the shoulder and their weight is in the range of 50 pounds to 65 pounds. If we talk about medium-sized F4 Labradoodles, they stand 18 inches to 20 inches in height and weigh in the range of 30 pounds to 45 pounds. The size of a female F4 multigeneration Labradoodle is comparatively smaller than the size of a male F4 multigeneration Labradoodle. 

    F4 Labradoodle Lifespan

    The lifespan of an F4 Labradoodle is in the range of 12 years to 16 years. It is a longer lifespan than other generations of Labradoodle. They are hybrid dogs and can live a longer lifespan than purebred parent breeds. Small-sized dogs usually have a longer life expectancy than large-sized dogs. So, size is another factor that matters. They are bred intentionally to obtain a hypoallergenic and low shedding dog. So, they are also less prone to diseases. They can get genetic diseases from their parent breeds but the chances are rare. They require regular maintenance from a veterinary expert. 

    F4 Labradoodle Adoption

    F4 multigeneration Labradoodle is recommended for families. These canines can be adopted by those who run a family. They are non-aggressive and friendly dogs that are suitable for kids and strangers. They get friendly real quick with strangers and other pets in the house. As they are low shedders and require regular grooming, you have to spend on their grooming as well. After adoption, expenses are not going to stop. So, these points should be kept in mind before going for adoption. If you are a busy person, these dogs are not for you because you have to spare time for their health and grooming.
