Puggle is a designer dog breed that is produced as a result of crossbreeding a Pug and a Beagle. F1 Puggle is a designer dog breed that is a result of crossbreeding a purebred Pug and a purebred Beagle. When an F1 Puggle is backcrossed with either of the parent breeds, an F1b Puggle is produced. These F1b Puggles are either 25 percent Pug and 75 percent Beagle or 25 percent Beagle and 75 percent Pug. It totally depends on the parent breed to which an F1 Puggle is backcrossed. Their personality is dependent on the dominant genes. They are hypoallergenic and low-shedding dogs. 

F1b Puggle Temperament

F1b Puggle is a smart and intelligent dog breed. They are full of energy and like to consume it indoors by exercising and physical activity. Sometimes these canines bark a lot. Some of the F1b Puggles howl like a hound of wolves. If the parent breeds are properly socialized and are of sound temperament, their mixed-breed will also have a decent temperament. The average height of most Puggles is 13 inches to 15 inches from the shoulder and their average weight is 18 pounds to 30 pounds. If an F1b Puggle is crossbred with a toy-sized parent breed, their average height is less than 13 inches from the shoulder and their average weight is 8 pounds to 17 pounds. This size is travel-friendly. You can carry them in your hands as well. 

F1b Puggle Lifespan

The lifespan of an F1b Puggle is usually longer than the purebred parent breeds. The average expectancy of an F1b Puggle starts from 10 years and may last up to 12 years. They are healthy dogs and may live a happy healthy life. There are some genetic diseases that may get inherited by these dogs. They are prone to hip dysplasia and problems in breathing. To manage these health problems, they should be taken to a vet regularly. They should be properly fed with a proper diet. Exercise makes them physically fit. After completing their lifespan, they may die a natural death.
