Aussalier is a mixed newly recognized dog breed that is produced by crossbreeding a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with a miniature or toy-sized Australian Shepherd. F1b Aussalier is the first-generation backcross breed that is produced by crossbreeding an F1 Aussalier backward with either of the parent breeds. They are either 25 percent Australian Shepherd and 75 percent Cavalier or 25 percent Cavalier and 75 percent, an Australian shepherd. It depends on which parent breed is selected for backcross breeding. This hybrid breed is recently recognized and has become popular all over the world. They are intentionally bred to obtain a hypoallergenic and low-shedding dog breed.
