F1 Labradoodle is the mix of a Labrador and a Poodle. These dogs are 50 percent Labrador and 50 percent Poodle. F1 Labradoodle is the first generation dog of Labradoodle. F1b generation of Labradoodle is the mixture of an F1 Labradoodle and a Poodle. In F1b, b denotes the backcross of an F1 Labradoodle with a Poodle. F1b Labradoodle is 75 percent Poodle and only 25 percent Labrador. F1 Labrador is shedding dogs whereas the F1b Labrador may or may not shed. F1b Labradors having a curly coat on their body may not shed. Both these dogs have overall good health.

Talking about weight, the average weight of an F1 Labradoodle is 50 to 65 pounds whereas the average weight of an F1b Labradoodle is in the range of 29 to 44 pounds. The overall weight and height differ between miniature, mini, and medium Labradoodles. The weight and height of F1 male Labradoodle and F1b Labradoodle also vary and the same case is with F1b Labradoodles.

You should think twice before adopting these dogs because you may have allergies. Although F1b Labradoodle are hypoallergenic still, you should take an allergy test first.
