F3 Cavapoo Temperament, Size, Lifespan, Adoption

F3 cavapoo is the third generation of cavapoo dog breeds. These dogs are considered multi-generation dogs. When two f2 cavapoo dogs are bred, they form an f3 cavapoo. They are approximately 43 to 45 percent Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and 55 to 57 percent Poodle. There are different ways of creating the third generation of cavapoo, and the most common one is breeding an f2 cavapoo with another f3 cavapoo. These dogs are also hypoallergenic and low-shedding. Their characteristics resemble a lot with earlier generations, i.e., f1 and f2 cavapoo. Their overall appearance depends on the genetics of their parent breeds.

    F3 cavapoo Temperament

The temperament of f3 cavapoo tends more towards Poodle because of the greater part of their genetics in them. They are hypoallergenic and low-shedding dogs. They are social animals and require time to get social with people and other animals. These dogs are lovely and humble. Their gentle attitude towards kids and people makes them everyone’s favorite. They are non-aggressive dogs and bark only when they find any negativity around them. They are the protectors of the family with sharp senses. No matter what their size is, they are always worthy of keeping as pets. They only need attention for themselves.

    F3 cavapoo Size

The size of parent breeds matters a lot for the resultant breed. If the parent breeds are of small to medium size, the resultant breed will also be small to medium size. F3 cavapoos are also medium to small size animals, and different sizes are available. They may be toy-sized, mini, or standard. The average weight of an f3 cavapoo is in the range of 9 to 25 pounds. The average height of an f3 cavapoo is in the range of 9 to 14 inches from the shoulder. This size range is not guaranteed because it all depends on genetics.

    F3 cavapoo Lifespan

The f3 cavapoo are hybrid dogs, so their lifespan is comparatively longer than the Poodle and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. The average life expectancy of an F3 cavapoo is 12 to 15 years. These dogs need attention and care for their mental and physical health. These dogs are comfortable to live in an apartment and homes. They are gentle and playful. They can change your bad mood into a good one within minutes. You can add some more years to their lifespan if a proper healthy diet and exercise are provided to them. Irrespective of their size, these dogs are worthy of keeping.

    F3 cavapoo Adoption

The adoption of f3 cavapoo is far less than the adoption of the first and second generation. F3 cavapoos are not much demanded in the market. These dogs should be adopted if you have enough time for your pet. They need proper time and care. If you do not provide them what they need, they may become physically ill and mentally weak. Regular playtime, socializing, and exercise is the key to their health. You can adopt them from pet shops, rescue centers, online websites, and shelter homes. Pet shops are not usually recommended because these dogs come from the factories without proper information about the breed.
