Cheagle is a designer breed that results from cross-breeding two different dogs i.e., Beagle dog breed and a Chihuahua. These dogs are a perfect combination of loyalty and smartness. They are active dogs and bear the best traits of both the parent breeds. There are different names that are used for this dog breed. The average weight of a Cheagle is in the range of 20 pounds to 30 pounds whereas their average height is in the range of 9 inches to 14 inches from the shoulder. There is a slight difference in the size of a male Cheagle and a female Cheagle. These dogs can be easily carried around in the arms. 

    Cheagle Lifespan

    The average life expectancy of a Cheagle is from 10 years to 14 years. It is comparatively a shorter life expectancy for a small-sized animal. Usually, small-sized dogs live up to 16 years. They are overall healthy dogs but there is a probability of developing obesity, hip dysplasia, and thyroid issues. These issues should be addressed at the early stage of life to have a healthy life ahead. Their life expectancy is also affected by inappropriate diet and exercise. If they are not fed healthy or provided time for physical activity, they will become ill and may die before completing their lifespan.
